I purcashsed the car new from Hancock Mazda in Mesquite Tx late january of 2004. I have changed the oil every 3k miles. The first oil changes up to 9k miles I used Castrol Gtx. From that point on I use Mobil 1. The car has only ever had Mazda oil filters on it since new. When I purcashsed the car it already had the re-flash of the pcm completed. Later I had a new factory Kenwood deck installed unde warrenty since the original one quit. A couple of months ago the front and rear sway bar bushings were replaced with the upgraded mazda units. And about 3 weeks ago the windshield was replaced under warrenty for a crack that started near the drivers side A-pilar. The only blemishs on the car is one or two small rock chips on the hood from highway. On the rear bumper cover in the center there are a couple very small scrathes from taking something out of the trunk(pictured below), also on the front bumper cover there is a scrath on the lower side just infront of the wheel on the passenger side(also pictured below) These scrathes are so small you cant see them until you really get close and look.
The car has currently 23k miles on it. About 90% of them are highway miles. I made many many trips between Denton Tx and Hot Springs Arkansas. The car runs and drives great. It handles awsomely. The stereo sounds great. I love this car and really dont want to let it go, but as of now I really need a full sized truck.
